Dr Daniel Agbeko


Dr Agbeko holds a Ph.D in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Wageningen University in the Netherlands, an MBA Fianance from University of Leiceter in the UK, Certificate in Microfinance from India and BSc. Degree in Agriculture concurrently with a Diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast.

He has 18 years of practical Banking experience and technical knowledge in rural finance, agriculture, entrepreneurship and finance with strong skills in credit analysis for micro, small and medium scale enterprises, concurrently with 5 years’ experience in lecturing and coaching students both in Ghana and in the Netherlands on how to start their own businesses. Dr Agbeko is an international consultant in microfinance, agriculture and entrepreneurship capacity building programs for rural banks, private microfinance institutions and other businesses and companies across Ghana and other developing countries.

Dr Agbeko has authored several technical papers and books on microfinance, agriculture entrepreneurship and rural banking and has presented same at seminars in Ghana and other microfinance and entrepreneurship conferences in India, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. He is also the Board Chairman of Life Gate Credit Union, Entrepreneurs Capital Cooperative, Dream July Foundation, Akomadan Rural Bank and a board member of various organisations.

Adriana Elisabeth Awatigah-Veerman


Adriana Elizabeth Awatigah-Veerman is a Dutch and holds BSc International Development Studies, with specialization in economics of development, Wageningen University, Wageningen, the Netherlands and Minor (as part of BSc) Business Economics, Université Dauphine, Paris, France.

She also holds an MSc International Development Studies, with specialization in economics of development, Wageningen University, Wageningen, the Netherlands.

She was an administrative officer for three years at General Logistics systems (GLS), Zwolle, The Netherlands.

Kofi Awatigah


Awatigah Kofi has previous worked as credit analysis at Procredit Ghana Ltd currently Fidelity Bank Ghana limited and a relationship Officer at uniCredit Ghana Limited.

He has over 8 years working experience in the banking industry and holds a B.Sc. Accounting from Central University College Ghana and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Cape Coast Polytechnic Ghana.

Kofi is currently the Managing Director of Terra Agric Services BV (Apeldoorn Netherlands) where is he is responsible for the strategic set up and growth of the business.

Dorothy Darley Quaye


Dorothy Darley Quaye is a versatile professional in the field of Procurement and Supply. Her experience of over 10 years has built her area of expertise such as Procurement Management; Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Contract Development and Negotiation; Warehousing and Materials Movement; Stock and Inventory Control just to mention a few.

She was the Procurement Manager at the Directorate of Health - Pooled Procurement Programme, where her experience spanned the development of Inventory Management Strategies and decisions to control costs while achieving the most beneficial outcomes within projects.

Dorothy holds a Bachelor of science in Procurement Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration(GIMPA) Accra Ghana, a Master of Philosophy in Logistics and Supply Chain Management Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Kumasi Ghana and various other professional trainings.

Henry Richardson


Henry William Kweku Suwli Richardson is an experienced finance and accounting professional specializing in banking supervision, financial reconciliation, auditing, and internal controls. With over two decades of expertise, he has contributed to the financial stability of reputable institutions, including the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), where he oversees banking supervision and compliance. His previous roles include auditing and financial assessments at First Ghana Savings and Loans Co. Ltd.

Henry holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences with an Accounting major from the University of Cape Coast. He is proficient in financial software such as Oracle Financial Systems and QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. His expertise and commitment to financial integrity align with Terra Microcredit’s mission to deliver reliable financial services.
